I was forced to buy the insurance which raised my bill by more than $100.00 if you do not get the insurance they will put a $350.00 hold on your credit card. The car I reserved was not available when I went to pick it up. It was on empty when I got it now I trying to not have to pay $7.99 for the gas that was not in the car when I picked it up. I you want a pleasant start to your vacation you do not want to use Payless as your rental company. 12832a4

You should have taken the alternative if you didn't want the insurance. If you didn't have $350 in your account for the fully refundable deposit....then maybe you shouldn't be traveling? And the fuel, cmon guy. Just bring the car back with the same amount of fuel as it left with. And there won't be any problems or fees. |
