Car would not start on last day of 4 day rental, a Saturday. Automated run around calling trying to get help with a replacement .

Transferred to busy signals, terrible connections out of the country, bad information all around. Their third party tow company charged me the fee. Had to rent from different company on day 4, charging one way rates. Billed credit card $564 when quoted $212.

Had car 3 days. My total cost for 4 days including other car needed to get to the airtport was $781. 3 Complaints were filed on website. Responded once stating the complaint was closed.

Weeks later from that rental location employee told me the manager was coming to phone refusing to give me any other number, then transferred me to someones voicemail. A final response was offer to reimburse $48.
