Terrible customer service when picking up the vehicle in Phoenix.They had vehicles available for two out of the thirty people waiting(most of these were prebooked)!I've never seen such a large group of frustrated and angry travelers!

Worst of all,I was eventually charged almost double what my reservation said! I got the vehicle back 30minutes before the drop off time(with a full tank of gas),dropped off at the same place as I picked it up at,and there wasn't any damage to it.

I still have no idea why I was charged extra;Payless can't find my info right now because their system is down.Tell everyone you know not to rent from Payless;you'll be doing them a big favor!
