Be warned. Don't rent a car from Payless at Toronto Airport.

They are crooks. The car they rented me was not clean. The service is terrible; getting from the airport to the location is a nightmare, and some (not all) of the agents are insolent and dishonest. They will try to charge you for non-existent "damages" and when you file a complaint they will ignore you.

They will set their attack hounds on you, threatening and trying to intimidate you.

I will pay double rate with another rental company rather than ever again deal with these thieves. They should not be allowed to continue in business.
