Payless customer service is very bad. I was charged extra 350$ while I was suppose to be charged only 40$ at payless.
I exchanged the payless car as per their guidance and they consider it return. When reported customer service representative Rori is *** bent on closing the ticket rather than resolving the issue. Firstly they maintain their cars dirty which was why I exchanged and then they charge me extra. Is there any way I can get my money back?
I will never recommend payless to anyone.
Ridiculous service and incorrect guidance at costa mesa and john wayne airport. Payless will only rip your money.
