On September 28,2016 my husband made a reservation online through for a 3 day rental in Las Vegas, we never received any email confirmations, so after checking our bank statement we found that we had veen charged for the rental. We contacted customer service to have the charge removed but they said they had no record of the transaction and can not help us, naturally i asked for a supervisor and after being on hold for an hour the system hung up on me.

I contacted them again and got hung up on after asking for a supervisor, my husband then called and he got hung up on too.

We were being cordial, professional and patient but received horrible service in return. I will never use this company again and never recommend anyone to them either.
