Rented a car and returned it early, without telling you, they charge you extra per day when you return early. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

Good luck with reaching them after that- there is no phone number or customer service line to reach them on!

You will submit a ticket online and then they will go back and forth with you and after 2 weeks of that bs you will finally get a response stating that because you returned the vehicle early, you were charged the rate of $48 per day for a small ford fiesta. I filed with the BBB and I hope this company goes out of business soon, just based on the number of complaints they have.
