I leased a car. Had a flat tire, no spare.

Called the company they could send a tow truck to pick me and the car in 90 min and take me to the airport 30 min away to get a new car. I would have missed the event i was in town for. They came picked up the car without me but they are charging for the use of the car for that day.I paid an uber to complete my trip. If there were a spare I could have changed the tire and been on my way.

The customer service I experience has been worse than the incident. I've asked repeatedly to speak to a manager or to be given a reason why. I am repeatedly sent back to an online site. I travel often.

This was the first and last time I will use this company.

You truly get what you pay for. Reading the reviews sounds like me experiences will only get worse.
