I tried to pick up the car at 2:06 vs. 3 pm.

I was told l'd have to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle because i was early. I came back at 2:30 and the compact was available for $48 more for the extra hour. I came back at 2:45 and i was still too early. They let the customer behind me pick his car up 15 minutes early.

I asked him about his reservation. At 3 pm they gave me the car. It was still $5. More than reservation.

The girl said it was due to taxes which is not true because the reservation included taxes. I didn't argue because I was tired of waiting.
