I went to EZ CAR rental in order to pick up a car and they have a policy that you can't drive over 150 miles I declined the car and the reservation was cancelled. The *** customer service representative that they called the manager told me that they would book, me however the daily rate that I was getting would be doubled.

I told them that I would like to speak to a manager. He acted as though I was acting out of my character and began speaking his white body acting black speak. I told him that I was passed over to them by ez and I didn't choose them.

He just stated " you are not welcome at Payless car rental" like some *** *** . I would stay away from this bottom feeding organization.
