Rented a car in Phoenix. Arrived one hour late.

Our midsize car was not available so they charged us 7/day more for a “luxury” car. The guy at the fest said “it’s a jay time of year” and we were late... I co tact yes citomer service to file a complaint, and the suggestion was to go back to the rental desk in Phoenix to discuss. Why would I wait in a long line again to get the same bad service I got I the first place?

NEVER rent from this place! Go to a name brand even if it appears that you need to pay more.

Better than being surprised at the last minute and being treated so badly!!! Worst experience we’ve had on all our years of renting cars!!!
