I paid in Advance for my Rental car at Payless car rental .Now they charged my card Two times after am back home and left Washington State Sea-Tac Airport ,They say they don't have a Customer complaint department and somebody will call me in 72 hours. I need my money now.

This is a BIG INCONVIENCE for me. What kind of Company don't have somebody you can talk to when there is a problem?

I wonder how often do they do this to Customers ? Am amazed at how easy it is to reach some body when you need a Rental car and you cant reach anybody when there is a complaint .If you rent from Payless check your account Balance
