I made a reservation on their website and paid with my credit card that was charged 126.63 after being there 2 and a half hours trying to get my car, I was forced to pay more for another car which I was charged 157.85.Then they wanted a deposit which they also charged on my Debit card and then took another payment for the rental from that.

Good thing I came back and checked my bank account and charge cards for I was charged twice. I called and spent over a half hour with Jimmy on the phone fixed my bill.

These people do not care at all about the customers needs or wants.I suggest Do Not Rent From This Company For They Are Really Bad and will screw up your Credit Cards and you will spend time trying to fix their mess.
