I was told I was getting an upgrade. I rented a midsize car and that is what I got EXCEPT it was shabby inside and tons of marks all over the car.

I returned it on time (1 day earlier) the attendant got into the car turned the car on inspected the inside and then the outside. It was 92 degrees mid day when I returned the car. About 2 weeks later they sent me a bill $150 dollars claiming their were spots on their seats and a foul odor. They kept trying to charge my credit card.

I called the company and said really--in 92 degree heat don't you think the girl would have smelled a problem while sitting in the car??? They told me customer service would call me back They never did. I have called them numerous times and not follow up.

They continue to try to bill my card. I wrote to the better business bureau and filed a complaing.
