I traveled through BWI on 11/7/2018. My experience picking up the rental car at Payless car rental was a awful.

Had to meet outside in the cold weather, no one inside to help. Showed up, with a line of about 6 other customers ahead of me, only one person working the booth.

When I finally got helped , 1.5 hours later, which caused me to be very late for my appointment. The car was only 3/4 full of gas. I had to hike to the other end of the parking garage to pick up the car and with already being late I didn’t have the time or patients to bring it to the only attendant.

I returned the car full of gas and brought it to the attendants attention then.

With him saying “cant’t do anything about it. We are short handed.” Because if this experience I will not use or recommend Payless car rental ever..
